SUMMARY:HURAKAN: Improving Hurricane Risk Communication For Vulnerable Populations
DESCRIPTION:Improving disaster preparation\, evacuation\, survival\, and recovery for those vulnerable to natural hazards such as hurricanes is an ongoing challenge. A better public understanding of the timing and severity of risks can potentially improve decision making and minimize harm.
