SUMMARY:Freeing the Press in Guatemala
DESCRIPTION:Organizers: Reporters Without Borders\, The UM Hanley Democracy Center and the Department of Journalism and Media Management in the School of Communication \nJosé Rubén Zamora is a Guatemalan journalist\, publisher and founder of three newspapers. Norma J. Torres\, RSF USA Executive Director Clayton Weimers and UM Professors Sallie Hughes and Gregory Koger. \nDean Karin Wilkins will offer a welcome.
