About the Role:
We’re seeking a part-time Social Media Content Coordinator with hands-on experience in Snapchat’s brand and creator tools to build and grow our presence on the platform. This role will focus on developing strategy, posting content, analyzing performance, and experimenting with monetization via Snapchat Discover and Spotlight.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Snapchat content strategy that aligns with the show’s digital growth goals.
- Manage daily content publishing (Stories, Spotlight, Discover features), including editing and optimizing vertical video.
- Collaborate with producers and editors to repackage existing footage, behind-the- scenes moments, and talent-driven content for Snapchat.
- Leverage Snapchat’s brand features — Creator Marketplace, Public Profiles, and Spotlight monetization — to grow engagement and revenue.
- Analyze data to refine strategy and report on key performance metrics.
- Stay on top of trends and emerging platform features to keep the show culturally relevant.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in social media for entertainment, lifestyle, or media brands.
- Proven knowledge of Snapchat Discover, Spotlight, and brand monetization tools.
- Skilled at editing short-form, vertical video content.
- Data-savvy with a creative mindset and strong grasp of digital storytelling.
- Familiarity with home, renovation, or DIY audiences is a plus.
Details:
- Part-time contract: ~10 hours/week
- Compensation Rate: $1,500/month
- Location: Remote, U.S.-based preferred
- Reports to: Head of Digital/Social
