The Public Relations Experience Program students were busy Saturday working one of South Florida’s most anticipated galas of the year. The 10th Annual Diamond Ball is Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation’s signature event to raise money and celebrate MCHF’s mission to help children and their families of the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.
Miami Children’s Health Foundation (MCHF)’s 5th Annual Fashion Gives Back was a night of high-fashion and high-energy for all students of University of Miami’s Public Relations Experience Program (PREP). The event was held at the exquisite Moore Building, located in the heart of Miami’s Design District, on Thursday, Sept. 29.
Miami Children’s Health Foundation’s Wine, Women and Shoes is the perfect formula for a fun, fashion-filled day for women to celebrate the miracles that happen on a daily basis at the hospital. More than 600 ladies donned their highest and funkiest heels at the JW Marriott Marquis in Downtown Miami to help raise more than $600,000 while shopping in the event’s marketplace and sipping on wine.
Saturday evening, Oct. 10, was the annual fundraising gala for Miami Children’s Health Foundation (MCHF) created to celebrate children, otherwise known as “diamonds.” Many people attended the ball to demonstrate their support of MCHF’s efforts, including celebrities like Armando Christian Pérez, the rapper known as Pitbull, and Cynthia Olavarria, at the JW Marriott Marquis in Downtown Miami for the 2015 MCHF Diamond Ball.
