Cheng Hong joined the doctoral program in the School of Communication in fall 2014. She received her master degree in Mass Communication from University of Florida and her bachelor degree in History with a minor in Sociology from Peking University, China. Cheng has interned in Ogilvy Public Relations Beijing, Junior Achievement China and University of Florida Foundation. Her research interests are public relations, online social interaction and customer research.
