Jay Scharer is Founder/CEO of Digital Content Group, which owns and operates a growing portfolio of multi-platform social content brands for targeted audiences. He has over 25 years of experience in the media business developing new brands and content, as well as expanding existing brands, in over 40 countries, often building the most successful brands in their genres. Jay's experience includes executive roles at MGM, Fox, QVC, MTV Networks, and Cisneros Television Group, which he co-founded. He has also consulted for NBC Universal, Ovation TV, Opry Entertainment Group, and many other large and entrepreneurial companies. Jay graduated with highest distinction from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
