Movies: The Way They Were - A Saturday Afternoon at the Movies
(Saturday, March 25th @ 2 PM - Cosford Cinema)
A recreation of a Saturday afternoon at the neighborhood theater – complete with cartoons, special short subjects, a chapter of a popular serial and a swashbuckling adventure – THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD – directed by Michael Curtiz and starring Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland presented in glorious Technicolor on the Big Screen as it was originally presented in 1938.

Movies: The Way They Were - "My Fair Lady"
(Sunday, March 26th @ 2 PM - Cosford Cinema)
The original roadshow version of the classic musical was shown throughout the world in 1964. Directed by George Cukor and starring Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison, this film won 8 Academy Awards including Best Picture. A rare chance to relive the film as you saw it when it was released.

Movies: They Way They Were - "The Music Man"
(Monday, March 27th @ 10:30 PM - Cosford Cinema)
This classic American musical stars Robert Preston as a con man who comes to a Midwestern town with a scam using a boy’s marching band program. This Golden Globe Award winning film was directed by Morton DaCosta and released in 1962.

Movies: The Way They Were - "Amadeus"
(Tuesday, March 28th @ 10:30 PM - Cosford Cinema)
This 1984 Milos Forman film based on the play by Peter Shaffer tells the story of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Tom Hulce) through the memory of his rival Antonio Salieri (F. Murray Abraham) who is now confined to an insane asylum. This film is not just a biography of the great composer, but rather an examination of Salieri’s madness and obsession with Mozart. Winner of 8 Academy Awards including Best Picture, Director, Screenplay and Actor.
