The School of Communication Alumni Mentoring Program pairs current students with SoC Alumni. Alumni will serve as a resource to students by sharing career advice and other helpful information through in person, phone, or e-mail contact.

The following are suggested topics for mentoring:

• Advise students about career opportunities and professional development
• Share job, internship and/or volunteer experiences
• Discuss resume writing, job search planning, portfolio/reel critiquing and networking
